Citel DLA series are designed to protect data signal lines for a utility-interactive PV system. They will provide 2-wire protection for sensors, modems and data acquisition equipment, i.e. 4-20mA, RS-485, PT100. 

The DLA combine a surge arrester gas tube and fast clamping diode technology that exhibits a fast response time (< 1 ns) and a high power-handling capability (20kA – 8/20 ms waveform). Automatically reset after each lightning surge or electrical transient.

Features a modular presentation that allows for quick and easy maintenance without any re-wiring.

Citel's P100 Series is designed to equalize the potential of non-grounded metallic structures during surge events. During normal operation the spark gap provides isolation between the metallic element and the systems earth ground. However, when a transient occurs, it quickly provides a conduction path to equalize the system and then automatically goes back to isolation. The P100S can conduct very large lightning events up to 150kA 8/20us and 60kA 10/350us.
